1. Scholarship Application Fees

Any application fee, processing fee, convenience fee, or service fee paid through NSPIND.com is generally non-refundable once the application has been successfully submitted and processed.

The fee is charged for the processing, maintenance, and administrative services provided by our platform.

2. Duplicate Payments

If a user is charged more than once for the same transaction due to a technical issue, duplicate payment, or payment gateway error, the excess amount may be refunded after verification.

To request a refund for duplicate payments, users must contact our support team and provide:

• Registered Email Address
• Mobile Number
• Payment Screenshot (if available)

3. Failed Transactions

If the payment amount is deducted from your bank account but the transaction remains unsuccessful, the amount is usually reversed automatically by your bank or payment provider within 5 to 10 working days.

In such cases, users are advised to wait for the bank's reconciliation process before requesting support.

4. Subscription Services

If we offer premium subscriptions, memberships, or digital services, payments made for such services are generally non-refundable once the service has been activated.

Scholarship selection, approval, and award decisions are made by the respective scholarship authorities or organizations. Payment of application or service fees does not guarantee scholarship approval, selection, or financial assistance.

8. Cancellation Policy

Users may discontinue using our services at any time. However, cancellation of services does not automatically entitle the user to a refund unless specifically stated otherwise.
